A heartwarming, tear-springing, and well-organized romantic comedy that will have you believing in love all over again. Alison Cochrun will take you on an elegant tour of love and its ups and downs with The Charm Offensive. The book is based around two characters: Dev, who struggles with depression, and Charlie, who suffers from critical ODC, or obsessive compulsive disorder. The two fall into a secret romance behind the scenes of Ever After,  the reality TV show Dev and Charlie work for. As the two battle to open each other’s hearts, they fall into the trouble of having a romance hidden away from the world, and how they can stop the secrecy without getting fired.

I absolutely loved this book. Since I read “Red White and Royal Blue,” I’ve been looking for books similar to it. Well, I hit the mark with this book. I found myself staying up late just to finish it. “The Charm Offensive” brought tears, but also huge smiles. I loved the relationship that Dev and Charlie had, and every time I picked up the book, I was sucked into their world. This book will reel readers in with its stunning characters and moving story.

“The Charm Offensive” is certainly for fans of “Red White And Royal Blue.” I would re-read and recommend this book millions of times if I could. I think that this book is perfect for hopeless romantic teens, but anyone should read this book when looking for a feel-good heart-warming story.
